FRAZTECH / Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions

Clear expectations for working together.

Website and enquiries

This website presents Fraztech services and design references. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid contract. A project begins after we agree in writing on the scope, deliverables, price, payment milestones and schedule.

Scope and revisions

The written project agreement defines included screens, pages, features, revisions and supported platforms. Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope require a separate estimate and approval. Website package descriptions are starting points, not a substitute for the final proposal.

Client responsibilities

Please supply accurate content, required access and feedback, and confirm that you have permission to use any assets you provide. Delayed inputs or approvals may affect the schedule. Do not send account passwords or payment-card details through the complaint form.

Payments and third-party costs

Payment schedules are agreed for each project. Themes, plugins, hosting, APIs, app-store accounts and other third-party costs are discussed separately before purchase. Projects booked through Fiverr or Upwork follow that platform’s payment process and applicable rules.

Ownership and portfolio

Ownership, source-file delivery and licensing are defined in the project agreement. Third-party fonts, themes, plugins and assets remain subject to their respective licences. Designs labeled as Dribbble references belong to the credited designers and are not presented as Fraztech client projects. Client work or recordings will only be published with appropriate permission.

Delivery, support and limitations

Acceptance criteria, handoff and any post-launch support are agreed for the project. There is no general promise of a particular sales result, search ranking, uninterrupted third-party service or guaranteed app-store approval. Nothing on this page excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Concerns and cancellations

Use the complaint form or Contact page if something is not right. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed against the agreed work, payments, applicable law and the Refund policy. If the written agreement conflicts with these general project terms, the specific agreement applies to the extent permitted by law.
