Information you share
The contact form prepares a message for WhatsApp. It is not sent until you press Send in WhatsApp. The complaint form stores your name, email, project reference, reason, description, requested resolution and any optional evidence you submit. Please remove passwords, payment-card details and unrelated personal information from attachments.
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss and deliver agreed work, investigate concerns, manage project records and protect the website. Where relevant law requires a legal basis, these purposes may involve steps towards a contract, performing a contract, legitimate interests in customer support and security, or legal obligations. Optional preferences are based on your choice.
Hosting and other providers
This website is hosted on Hostinger. Complaint records and evidence are stored privately in the WordPress database and are accessible to authorized administrators. Hosting and security providers may process IP addresses and request logs. Google Fonts receives a request when fonts load. External platforms have their own privacy policies.
Access, sharing and retention
Complaint records are restricted to the site owner. Relevant information may be shared with team members working on your project when needed to investigate or deliver the service. Personal information is not sold. Records are kept for as long as needed for the project, complaint, accounting or legal obligations. You can request a review or deletion of records; some information may need to be retained for an unresolved dispute or applicable obligation.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have submitted, and where applicable object to processing, request restriction or portability, or withdraw consent for optional processing. Contact me with the relevant project or complaint reference. Your rights depend on applicable law, and you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
